Do my drivers need to download an app? +
No. Zapload is 100% web-based. Drivers open a link in any browser on any phone — iPhone or Android. Nothing to download, nothing to update.
Where is my data stored? +
All documents are encrypted and stored on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure with bank-level security. Each carrier's data is completely isolated — no other carrier or user can access your documents, drivers, or submission history.
Can I customize the form fields for my carrier? +
Yes. Every field is configurable — label, placeholder, required/optional/hidden, and which page it appears on. You can also add unlimited custom fields specific to your operation.
What document types are supported? +
BOL, POD, PARS, PAPS, ACI, ACE, Receipt, and any custom type you define. Multi-page documents (like multi-page BOLs) are automatically combined into a single PDF.
How does the 30-day free trial work? +
Full access to all features of your chosen plan for 30 days. No credit card required to start. After 30 days, choose to subscribe or your account pauses — your data is never deleted.
Can I use Zapload for US/Canada cross-border trucking? +
Yes. Zapload has full support for PARS, PAPS, ACI, and ACE customs documents required for US-Canada border crossings.
What if my driver has no internet connection? +
Submissions are queued when offline and automatically sent when connectivity is restored. Drivers are shown an "Offline" indicator so they know their submission is queued.
Can I export my documents for audits? +
Yes. One-click ZIP export of all documents for any date range, organized by document type and date. Perfect for broker audits, insurance claims, or tax records.
Is my data secure? +
Yes. Zapload uses session-based authentication with automatic expiry, server-side password validation (passwords never leave the server), per-carrier data isolation, login rate limiting, and daily encrypted backups. We comply with PIPEDA (Canada's privacy law). See our Privacy Policy for details.
Who can see my documents? +
Only your authorized admin and the drivers you add to your account. Each carrier's data is completely separate — there is no shared access between carriers. Documents are only shared externally when you explicitly forward them via email.
What happens if I cancel? +
Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation so you can export everything you need. After 90 days, data is permanently deleted. You can request earlier deletion at any time by contacting us.
